Terms & Conditions
For all bookings longer than one night and over one month in advance, we require a deposit of 50% please. For bookings of just one night and all of those made within a month of arrival we prefer payment in full. We can accept payments by the following methods: Via a BACS payment (invoice details will be sent you), via Squareup (for telephone card payments), or via a PayPal emailed link to your email address. An email confirming your booking will be sent to you when payment is received. Any outstanding balance is due on your day of departure please. Prices include breakfast and any taxes.
In the unlikely event of your booking being cancelled or curtailed, we are entitled by law to charge for booked accommodation not taken up. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival a cancellation fee of £35.00 per room will be charged. Cancellation within 48hrs of arrival (or non-arrival or curtailment of stay) will result in the full amount being charged. We will endeavour to re-let the accommodation on your behalf and, if successful, will refund the cost less the cancellation fee of £35.00. Deposits are non-returnable if cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival and we are unable to re-let the accommodation. To avoid misunderstanding, we recommend all our guests to insure against cancellation.
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Arrival & Departure
Your accommodation is available to you from 3.30pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your bill for the accommodation and any extras or services taken during your stay is payable on departure.
Damages and Breakages
You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you or any member of your party cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to make a charge or we may send you an invoice, for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. We may make an additional charge if you did not report this.
We do not accept any liability whatsoever for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions whilst staying on our property.
We are happy to welcome children but we do not offer any child reductions.
Well behaved pets are permitted to stay with owners in their rooms. We can allow a maximum of two pet dogs per guest room. We do however ask that they are never left alone in your bedroom, as dogs can get extremely anxious if left in unfamiliar surroundings. We have a kennel facility for working dogs in the Dog House.
Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for the care of your animals whilst on our property and we reserve the right to refuse or terminate an offer of accommodation including pets if our guidelines are not accepted or complied with.
Any data gathered during the course of your booking may be held on computer. We execute appropriate protection of all personal information provided.
