Payment Details

For all bookings made longer than one month in advance, we require a deposit of 50% please. For bookings made within a month of arrival we require payment in full. We can accept payments via BACS (invoice details will be sent to you), or via Squareup for telephone card payments. An email confirming your booking will be sent to you when payment is received. Any outstanding balance will fall due on your day of departure please. Prices include breakfast and any taxes.

Cancellation

In the unlikely event of your booking being cancelled or curtailed, we are entitled by law to charge for booked accommodation not taken up. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival a cancellation fee of £35.00 per room will be charged. Cancellation within 48hrs of arrival (or non-arrival or curtailment of stay) will result in the full amount being charged. We will endeavour to re-let the accommodation on your behalf and, if successful, will refund the cost less the cancellation fee of £35.00. Deposits are non-returnable if cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival and we are unable to re-let the accommodation. To avoid any misunderstanding, we recommend all our guests insure against cancellation.

Non-availability

We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival & Departure

Your accommodation is available to you from 3.30pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your bill for the balance of your accommodation fee and any extras or services taken during your stay is payable on departure.

Damages and Breakages

You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you, any member of your party or your pet dog cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to make a charge or we may send you an invoice, for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. We may make an additional charge if you did not report this.

Liability

We do not accept any liability whatsoever for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions whilst staying on our property.

Children

We are happy to welcome children but we do not offer any child reductions.

Data

Any data gathered during the course of your booking may be held on computer. We execute appropriate protection of all personal information provided.
