Bookings are available either in our Double room with en-suite upstairs (for single people or couples) or in our special dog friendly Double en-suite downstairs (for single people or couples).
Guests to arrive after 3.30 pm on their arrival day, then check out by 11.30 am on their departure day, with a minimum of two nights please.
Please note that we no longer offer single night stays.
RATES:
Please note that from the 1st November 2022 our new standard fee will be £145 per night per room for a minimum 2 night stay. Our previous rate of £125 per night still applies up and until the 1st November.
To secure a booking we ask for a 50% deposit in advance with the remainder due on your departure day. For bookings within a month of your arrival date we ask for payment in full please when you confirm.
The payment can be made by BACS (or IBAN / BICS), the details of which will be emailed to you when you book. It’s really easy to do and secure for both of us.

Special offers do not apply to School and Public Holidays or Valentine’s Day and are subject to availability. For example: Christmas / NY (school) 22 Dec – 5 Jan, Half term 15 – 22 Feb, Valentine’s Day 14 Feb (weekend after covered by school hols), etc
Please note, any damage to the property will be chargeable. We welcome owners with well behaved pet dogs but urge owners to make sure that their pet insurance covers any damage to a third parties property.
